Terms of use

These terms cover your use of S7 Darts (the iPhone and Android apps and its web app), run by Samuel Thomas (S7 Web / S7 Gaming), and S7 Pro, the optional subscription. By signing in you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

S7 Darts is for adults: you must be 18 or over to make an account and use it.

Playing fair and treating people well

S7 Darts has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. When you use S7 Darts you agree not to:

• abuse, threaten, bully or harass anyone, in chat, by your name, on camera or anywhere else;
• post or show anything hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent or illegal, including in your name, photo and profile, and in what your camera shows (it is there to show your board);
• pretend to be someone else, or cheat, for example by entering scores you did not throw.

To report someone, tap their name or photo and choose Report. You can also Block them: they can no longer challenge you, message you, watch you in the app or see you online. The S7 team reviews every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the account of whoever is responsible, without notice where we need to. The chat and match details that go with a report are kept so we can look into it.

While your camera and Record replays are on, your last two turns are kept on your device in every match. In online X01 matches, if you’re reported for cheating, those turns are sent automatically to S7 Darts admins to review (in a league’s matches and tournaments, to that league’s organisers), and deleted after the review as the privacy policy explains.

What stays free

Every game, the standard practice modes, every way of scoring, online matches, tournaments (Supporters’ nights are for Pro) and your match stats are free, with or without a subscription. League fixtures are played in the app, with or without a subscription. Nothing you buy changes a game.

What Pro gives you

• An older subscription: if you subscribed before S7 Pro was the one plan, you get everything in S7 Pro for as long as it keeps renewing, at the price you signed up for. If it ends, S7 Pro is the one to choose.
• Pro: a Pro badge by your name, every profile frame, banner, match look and celebration (including moving frames, a seasonal one, new ones added through the year, and seasonal sets while they are offered; one chosen while it is offered stays yours), a choice of player card colour, a scoreboard colour, 180 and Big Fish animations and a virtual board design in your matches, trends, checkout figures for each double and a report after each match, where your darts land and what is costing you legs, the Pro practice games, a nickname, a stats showcase and your trophies on your player card, training plans with your practice results saved, a replay pinned to your player card, a place on the monthly Supporters’ ladder, up to 200 saved replays kept for a year, your 180s and 100+ checkouts saved as replays automatically, your name on the replays you share, Season Wrapped, a summary of your season, a monthly highlights reel made from your replays, and entry to Supporters’ nights.

Your subscription belongs to your S7 Darts account, so it works wherever you sign in. We may add to what each plan includes; if we ever take something away, we will tell you first, and you can cancel.

Price and renewal

S7 Pro is £6.99 a month or £69.99 a year (prices in other countries are shown before you pay; they include VAT where it applies). There is no free trial. A subscription renews automatically at the same price at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If the price ever changes, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

Who takes the payment

• In the iPhone app: Apple, under the App Store’s terms.
• In the Android app: Google, under Google Play’s terms.
• In a web browser: Stripe, by card on RevenueCat’s payment page, which sells the subscription on our behalf and handles payment, tax and receipts (as it does for a subscription bought on the DK Darts website before S7 Darts).

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the month or year you have paid for. Cancel where you subscribed: on iPhone or iPad in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions; for a subscription bought in a web browser, from Manage on the Pro page or the link in your receipt email (the receipt email’s link too for one bought on the DK Darts website). Deleting your S7 Darts account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google, so cancel it there too.

Refunds

If you subscribed in a web browser (or on the DK Darts website) and change your mind within 14 days of first subscribing, email [email protected] and we will refund you in full. For a subscription bought in the app, Apple or Google handle refunds: request one through them. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Fair use

Nicknames must not be offensive; we may remove one that is. If an account is suspended for breaking the rules above, the subscription’s extras stop with it. Saved replays are kept for as long as your plan says, and may be removed after a subscription ends and its period runs out.

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. See also our privacy policy.
